Police are looking for a person that struck and killed a woman, identified as Allison Blanding, 24, while riding a dirt bike on Wabash Avenue at around 10 p.m., then fled the scene. Detectives from Baltimore's CRASH team are asking any witnesses to call 410-396-2606.
