The Coast Guard have accounted for 12 people and four of them were taken to area hospitals.
Man's body found, woman missing after a boating crash in Destin
The missing woman is described as 5'2" and weighs about 120 lbs. She was wearing a leopard print top with a black skirt. She is said to speak with a Russian accent.

The body of Avery Hatchet, 24, of Destin, was discovered in the water Friday evening as crews searched for an unidentified woman involved in the crash. It happened at the East Destin Jetty around 5 a.m. Friday. Authorities believe 12 people were on board when the crash took place.
