William Greggory Lundy Jr., 22, was turning left onto 8th Street from Highway 85 in Okaloosa County when he crashed into 40-year-old Montague Omar Johnson's motorcycle. Lundy was uninjured. Charges are pending at this time. Check back for more information as it becomes available.

Around 2:40 a.m. Sunday, at State Road 188 and Rickey Avenue, a pedestrian was hit by a car. Officials say the pedestrian is a minor, and is listed in critical condition at the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. The vehicle fled the scene.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 17-year-old Emilee Salley was critically injured Monday after her car veered off the road and struck a business sign on State Road 85 near PJ Adams Parkway. Initial reports said that Salley died, but this was thankfully not the case.

Arthur McMillion, of Milton, was driving east on I-10 near Log Lake Road when his pickup veered onto the shoulder and he lost control. The truck rolled down an embankment and into a wooded area, and McMillion was thrown from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
