Walnut and Oak avenues

At around 3:20 a.m. the incident began when a man starting becoming violent with a tree trimming crew in Sacramento County. Officers were called to the scene, and when they arrived the man took off in a truck. Officers pursued and the chase reached speeds of up to 90 mph.
