Sun, 09/28/2014Robert A. Nelligan was travelling in his Mercedes on a wet road at a very high rate of speed when he hit a vehicle that was making a U-turn. A vehicle driven by Temitope Babalola, 35, was rotated across the center median and burst into flames.
