In a tragic early morning incident, a single-vehicle motorcycle crash involving a public transit bus resulted in a fatal accident in Las Vegas on Monday. The collision occurred at approximately 1:04 a.m.

Mark Jolly, 65, of Las Vegas was eastbound in a 2010 Volkswagen Beetle on Desert Inn Road west of Schirll Avenue, near the intersection of Arville Street, when he struck the female pedestrian outside of a marked crosswalk at about 3:30 a.m.

A motorcycle rider died Thursday night after his bike collided with a pick-up truck.
