The Sago man was conscious and alert at the scene before he was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Jeremy Davidson, 20, of Sago had to be airlifted to Ruby Memorial Hospital after being ejected 73 feet from his truck after the truck's back wheel came apart from the axel and shot his truck sidewasy, flipping it twice before the cab split from the frame. The accident happened on Brushy Fork Road in Upshur County, West Virginia.
