State conservation officers say Alex Scudder was hit Tuesday evening while attempting to drive across a rural road near the Switzerland County community of Florence.
6-year-old boy killed in Indiana ATV crash
Air Care was initially called to the scene but then called off after Alex was pronounced dead at the scene. It was not known if any charges would be filed in the case.
Authorities say a 6-year-old boy was killed in southeastern Indiana when he drove an all-terrain vehicle into the path of a pickup truck. Officers say the boy was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash about 30 miles southwest of Cincinnati.
