Pedestrian in serious condition after West Milwaukee crash

West Milwaukee police said a pedestrian was struck by a sport utility vehicle Wednesday night. Police said the accident happened on Miller Park Way at West Orchard Street around 9:45 p.m. A surveillance photo shows a white SUV, possibly a GMC Envoy, striking the man in the middle of the street. Police said the victim, a 40-year-old Milwaukee man, is hospitalized in serious but stable condition. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call West Milwaukee Police at 414-645-2151.
