Sheriff's deputies responded to the crash on USH 14 west of Hodgson Road in the town of Mazomanie at around 12:30 p.m. The Dane County Sheriff's Office says Jasmine-Rose Decorah, 21, of Arena, was passing a semi-truck in a no passing zone of the eastbound lane when she hit the gravel shoulder and overcorrected after she got back to her lane.
