The driver, Stephen M. Von Komjathy III, 23, of Lodi was conveyed by EMS to UW Hospital and was arrested for operating while intoxicated causing injury. Both of his passengers, a 24-year-old male and a 21-year-old male, received non-life threatening injuries and were conveyed by EMS to UW Hospital.
