Homicide charge pending for husband in fatal Crawford County crash
William Hampton was arrested Monday for homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and released on a $10,000 signature bond. He is monitored by a GPS unit that tests him for alcohol every 30 minutes and cannot leave his house except for doctor appointments.
He makes his next court appearance on April 11.
