Names released in two Brown Co. fatal crashes

Authorities say a 23-year-old man lost control of the vehicle he was driving, causing it to leave the roadway and rollover.

His 19-year-old passenger, Samantha Rodriguez, was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
