Officials say the coal truck was empty at the time of the accident, and as of now they're unsure who the owner of the company is.

The coal truck, driven by Ronald L. Sayers, 56, of Reynoldsville, was driving southbound when it went off of the road, traveled back onto the road, then crossed the median and rolled, said the Harrison County Sheriff's Department.

Ronald Lynn “Rambler” Sayers, Sr., 56, of Clarksburg, passed away at 6:40 a.m. Monday, September 8, 2014, due to a trucking accident.
The Harrison County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that the driver of the coal truck has died after that the truck somehow rolled and caught fire. Officials say the coal truck was empty at the time of the accident, and as of now they're unsure who the owner of the company is.
