According to the Lewis County Sheriff's Department, at approximately 7 p.m., Erin Marshall-Heater, 35, was traveling in a Chevrolet Aveo on Route 19 in Jane Lew, when Whitney Chipps, 26, of Salem, drifted into her lane and struck her head-on.
