The patrol report says a white 2005 GMC W3500 box truck was southbound on State Route 9 in an unknown lane approaching 233rd Place SE while a white and green waste management truck that was northbound on SR9 was stopped in the left turn lane at 233rd Place SE when the GMC box truck for reasons not known "crossed the center line" and ran into the waste management truck.
