Two girls and a boy were in the backseat. Seven-year-old Alana Harris was not wearing a seat belt, and was ejected from the vehicle. She was transported to Smyth County Community Hospital, where she died. Harris was the daughter of Anthony Harris.
Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
