Driver stays on scene after fatally striking pedestrian on Hull Street
A pedestrian was fatally struck by a driver traveling east on Hull Street.
Richmond Police responded to the scene, in the 5200 block of Hull Street around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, and pronounced the pedestrian dead on scene.
According to police, the driver who struck the pedestrian remained on scene.
