The sheriff’s office says investigators have determined that Gorondy was hit by an eastbound red Toyota RAV 4 with a double silver or white pinstripe. Officials say the vehicle is missing the side view mirror on the driver’s side and should have heavy damage to the front driver’s side.

Tsz Kit Zane Theodore was sentenced to five years in prison for one felony count of failure to report an accident. He was also sentenced to 12 months for a reckless driving charge, but all 12 months were suspended.
