Another crash jams traffic on I-95 north in Hanover

A wreck is causing a traffic nightmare on I-95 north headed north away from the city Friday afternoon. VDOT reports the crash happened in Hanover County near mile marker 88, which is close to Lickinghole Creek. The wreck closed the interstate’s left center lane, right center lane and right lane are closed. The left lane is open. As of 5 p.m., there was a five-mile backup.
