Driver dies after slamming into guardrail, getting ejected from pick-up truck on I-64

Police say Manley was not wearing his seat belt at the time and alcohol did not play a factor.

Driver dies after I-64 crash in Va. Beach

The driver, 61-year-old Patrick E. Manley of Virginia Beach, was severely injured and transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he died.

A man was killed when his pick-up truck struck a guardrail, left the road and crashed on I-64 at Indian River Road, overturning and ejecting driver Patrick E. Manley. He was transported to Norfolk Sentara Hospital where was pronounced dead.
