SAN ANTONIO ' Two men were killed in a head-on crash on Interstate 10 on the Northwest Side Saturday morning. Two killed in fiery head-on crash on Interstate 10 The man driving the Toyota,who is believed to have been in his 20s, died at the scene. The car went across the median and into the westbound lanes, where it collided with a white pickup truck and a black pickup truck. The driver of the black truck was not injured.Investigators believe speed played a factor in the accident. The Toyota and the white pickup truck then burst into flames.
