Family, friends mourn 2 victims killed in fiery crash on I-27
20-year-old Joseph Espinoza was killed in a Friday morning crash on Interstate 27 near 40th street. 18-year-old Mia Brittany Biera died in the hospital late Friday afternoon.
Witnesses say she was pulled from the car moments before it burst into flames.
Police say Espinoza was changing a flat tire on his Mustang when a truck crashed into the car.
