According to police, the 6-year-old was riding in the front seat of a white Mustang with his mother and 12-year-old cousin.
TWO CHILDREN HURT FOLLOWING THREE-VEHICLE CRASH
The 6-year-old child was riding in the front seat of the Mustang and suffered a severed arm. That child is in the hospital where doctors are attempting to reattach the arm.

Six people, including two small children, were injured in a crash in Pasadena, police said early Tuesday.
Six people, including two children, were injured in a crash in Pasadena early Tuesday morning on Spencer Highway at Strawberry. A mother with her two kids crashed into another vehicle causing it to strike a third car. One of the children, the son of the car's driver, was a 6-year-old who suffered a severed arm. The mother suffered serious injuries and the three other people involved suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to a hospital.
