Police said the wrecker came behind the dump truck as it was making a wide-turn and slammed into the driver's side.

As he approached St. Louis Street, a WCA trash truck, which was also traveling south in the left lane, turned right across the right lane in an attempt to enter a private drive to pick up a dumpster.
