Houston police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred Tuesday afternoon on Commerce Street near North Hamilton Street downtown.
Investigators say a truck driver hit a pedestrian around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. First responders performed CPR on the victim, but they were unsuccessful.
