A motorcycle rider was drunk and unlawfully carrying a weapon when he crashed his Harley Davidson and was thrown more than 100 feet, according to the Conroe Police Department.
When police arrived they found Niblack lying under his Harley Davidson. He was suffering from multiple injuries and had a Glock .45 strapped to his waist. Niblack was traveling westbound on the road when he failed to maintain a single lane of traffic and struck the curb. After his injuries were treated he was sent to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
