(Source: Eric Sanders/Facebook) GRANBURY, TX (WTVM) – A motorcyclist traveling the roads in Texas caught a traffic accident on camera that injured another couple aboard a motorcycle. The video, filmed on Oct. 17, shows Eric Sanders and his girlfriend, traveling on his motorcycle with another anonymous motorcyclist behind them. The remorseless driver of the car, who admittedly said "I don't care" following the accident after he stopped, later said in the video that he was "stung by a wasp," and that caused him to swerve. Sanders said neither drivers were ticketed for the accident and that the car driver wasn't arrested but that law enforcement has seen the video and the driver's "gonna be prosecuted." GRANBURY (AP) — Authorities are investigating after a car veered into a motorcycle on a rural North Texas road in an incident that left two people injured and was captured on video. The car veered left over a double yellow center lane, upsetting the motorcycle and sending the riders into the roadway. Dub Gillum, a senior trooper and spokesman for the Texas Highway Patrol, says that the agency has seen the video and that the car’s driver may face felony charges.

The Hood County grand jury indicted William Sam Crum on Friday on two counts of aggravated assault. The indictment was served Saturday on the 68-year-old Granbury man, who has remained in Hood County Jail with bond set at $150,000 since the Oct. 17 crash near Granbury, the videotape of which soon went viral.
