A Nissan Rogue was traveling southbound near the 8000 block of US-377, and crossed into the northbound lane crashing head-on into a Volvo XC60, the release said.

The Dallas Morning News reported that the other two victims were identified by friends as Emma Azuela de Shaffer and her daughter Emma "Tita" Shaffer.
