Authorities say an 11-year-old boy was among three people from Phoenix killed in a two-car accident on icy roads in the Texas Panhandle.

The adults killed were Paz Alejandra Rocha, 34, and Gilberto Garcia Perez, 38. The name of the 11-year-old boy has not yet been released. A 68-year-old woman from Minnesota was critically injured in the wreck, as was an 11-month-old boy.Three others were also injured. We'll update this story with any updates we receive.
