Arraignment postponed for driver in wrong-way fatal crash in Providence
Joel Norman, 24, of 15 Arkwright St., Webster, Mass., was scheduled to be arraigned in District Court in Providence Monday morning, but according to the criminal clerk's office, an unspecified medical issue forced the proceedings to be pushed back until Tuesday.
