Kelly Oberdick-Palmer, 55, killed and Loren Riebling, 49, injured after motorcycle struck by van driven by Delbert Hammon, 44, in Fayette County, PA

Loren Riebling and Kelly Oberdick-Palmer were both thrown from the Harley-Davidson they were riding. Both were flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, where Oberdick-Palmer died.

Clifford Norman McCachren III, 29, killed in single-vehicle accident on Route 403 in Buffington Township, Pennsylvania.

The Chevrolet Cavalier McCachren was driving just before 3 a.m. left the southbound lane of Route 403 in Buffington Township, struck several trees and came to rest in a drainage ditch.

Bria Walker, 22, killed in single vehicle accident on Route 30 in North Braddock on August 8.

Route 30 was closed for several hours after a fatal crash early Friday morning in North Braddock. A car went over a hillside and one person was ejected at about 2:30 a.m.
