Update: Hit-and-run accident involving horse-and-buggy injures 4

Investigators say the buggy was struck by a dark colored vehicle, traveling at a high rate of speed. After impact, the vehicle kept going. Based on evidence found at the scene, police say the vehicle is believed to be a 2014-2017 Kia Forte.
