State police in Lancaster said the Ford F-150 was traveling north on Route 222 and approaching the area of Otsu Road, in Strasburg Township, when it veered into the oncoming lane around 6:30 a.m.

She was Randall May Wilps, 30, of Muncy in Lycoming County, Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni said. A Facebook account that appeared to belong to her indicated she was a Quarryville native who attended Solanco High School.
