Grants Pass woman arrested for fatal hit and run
According to Oregon State Police, a woman driving a Subaru Legacy on I-5 southbound near milepost 59 rear-ended a Volkswagen Jetta driven by 62-year-old Glendale resident Kim Parsley.
The driver of the Subaru allegedly fled the scene of the crash in her vehicle.
Police said the crash flipped the Volkswagen onto its top and pushed it into a guardrail. Parsley was trapped in the vehicle until emergency responders were able to extricate him. He sustained critical injuries in the crash.

Johnson is scheduled to appear in court on March 23rd at 1 :00 p.m. to face charges related to the crash, including DUII, manslaughter, assault, reckless driving and failure to perform the duties of a driver.
