Theodore Mosqueda, 57, killed and Howard Daniels, 56, injured in collision on US Hwy 95 near Jordan Valley, Oregon

Preliminary investigation shows that a 1978 Oldsmobile Cutlass, driven by Theodore MOSQUEDA II, age 57, from Nampa, ID.  when for unknown reasons lost control and slid sideways into the southbound lane in the path of a commercial motor vehicle, driven by Howard DANIELS, age 56, from Yuma, AZ.
