Preliminary investigation revealed a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer, operated by Lemanuel PEREZ-MORALES, age 28, passengers Zulmarie ADORNO-ORTIZ, age 27, and two child passengers, from University Place, Washington, was traveling westbound on Highway 78 when it drifted off the roadway and rolled. A ten-year-old female passenger was ejected and pronounced deceased on scene.
