Police say around 6:35 p.m., a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu was traveling south on St. Clair Avenue and was turning left onto Atcheson Street. At the same time, a 1998 Honda CB250/Nighthawk was also traveling south on St. Clair Avenue and tried to pass the Malibu.
