Man struck and killed outside of his vehicle in Lexington Township
According to Stark County Sheriff's Deputies, a 53-year-old man was driving northbound on Freshley Avenue N.E. when he hit a 45-year-old man who was standing outside of his vehicle.
The Lexington Fire Department arrived at the scene and took the 45-year-old man to Alliance Hospital where he later died from his injuries.

A vehicle broke down or became disabled along Freshley. The vehicle later was moved or towed out and Delbert Shutler was standing outside near it. That's when another vehicle traveling on the street struck the disabled vehicle, Walters said.
