Woman killed, man seriously injured in Cleveland hit-skip crash

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A 33-year-old woman died and a man was seriously injured in a hit-skip crash that happened early Friday in Cleveland, police said. Investigators are still searching for the Chevrolet's driver. The Chevrolet crashed into two wooden utility poles near East 108th Street, police said. The Chevrolet's driver got out of his car and ran from the area, police said. A 2004 Chevrolet Impala ran a red light and crashed into a 2000 Buick Lesabre at 2:55 a.m. on Martin Luther King Jr.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has identified a 33-year-old woman who died Christmas morning in a hit-skip crash in Cleveland. Boulevard near Buckeye Road, the medical examiner's office said. She was pronounced dead after being taken to Cleveland Clinic, the medical examiner's office said.
