Teens played chicken with other cars before police chase, fatal crash in Barberton, police say (photos, video)

He was ejected from the 2000 Chevrolet Impala that crashed about 4:45 a.m. Thursday on North Van Buren Avenue near East Cassell Avenue.

Two 14-year-old boys, one from Barberton and one from Springfield Township, are at Akron Children Hospital. Their conditions are unknown, police said. Pallone was the driver.

Police spotted the car and, after it entered Barberton, it hit a utility pole, slid down an embankment and landed on train tracks.
