Ashtabula County woman, 28, killed in hit-skip crash
JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Police are looking for the driver of a car that struck and killed a 28-year-old woman in Jefferson Township Saturday evening. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Cassie Norden, 28 of Roaming Shores, was walking south on State Route 46, near the right side of the road, around 10:35 p.m. when she was struck by a vehicle headed south.
