After being closed throughout the afternoon, Todd Road has reopened to traffic, police said.

According to people who said they attend the same church as the injured driver, she is a senior at an Indiana high school.

MALE, FEMALE KILLED IN SINGLE-CAR CRASH IN OXFORD

Oxford Township Police Chief Michael Goins says a male and female died at the crash scene on a township road Thursday. Goins said Friday that he couldn’t say yet whether they were adults or teens. He says another female who was driving the car was taken to a hospital in Oxford. Goins says she was treated and released.

Names of 3 involved in fatal Oxford Township crash released; charges pending

The two people killed have been identified as Amanda Durham, 20, and Douglas Minton, 18. Both were from West College Corner, Indiana. The driver of the car has been identified as Cherish Bolt, 18, of Liberty, Indiana. 

A car driven by a woman, with a man and another woman as passengers, was driving northeast on Todd Road when it departed the road way and collided with a pole and was torn in half. The two passengers, who are believed to be in their late teens or early 20's, were killed in the crash, and the driver was transported to the hospital. It is uncertain what caused the crash, but police believe the car may have been speeding; we will updates this accident with new information as it becomes available.
