Troopers identify 2 killed in multi-vehicle crash in Clinton County

Officials said the initial investigation indicates a 2007 Freightliner tractor-trailer traveling southbound on I-71 experienced a blowout of the left front tire. The blowout caused the Freightliner to cross the median into oncoming northbound traffic.
