Four injured in Route 13 crash
According to a news release from Ohio State Highway Patrol, a Chrysler Concord driven by Terrance Price, 52, of Glouster, was traveling south on Route 13 when he crossed the center line, went off the left side of the roadway and struck a guard rail.
The vehicle then traveled back onto the roadway, striking a vehicle driven by Rachel Orwan, 35, of Athens. Orwan's Chevrolet Equinox then traveled off the left side of the roadway before coming to a stop.
