Marvin Ness, 78, Jonathan Zacher, 28, and Cara Zacher, 27, killed in head-on collision on Highway 23 near Minot, North Dakota

According to the highway patrol, the Silverado crossed into the eastbound lane and struck the Suburban head-on.

Marvin Ness, 78, of Douglas, was the driver of a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado that the North Dakota Highway Patrol says crossed into the oncoming lane Monday and crashed into a 2017 Chevrolet Suburban, resulting in the deaths of both drivers and a passenger in the Suburban.
