Three people injured in Syracuse crash, 1 ticketed
Oak Street was closed to traffic and James Street was partially closed while officers investigated and removed the vehicles. The streets reopened around 5:30 p.m.
Shortly before 4:45pm, Basnal was driving east on James Street and failed to stop at a red light. He collided with a car driven by Santiago, in which Saad was a passenger, that was in cross-traffic going north on oak street. All three people involved were hospitalized with complaints of back pain, and Basnal recieved a ticket for passing on a red light.
