Staten Island Woman, 19, Killed in Brooklyn Crash: Police

The driver, Joseph Auteri, of Staten Island, was subsequently charged with DWI, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree vehicular assault. Wiktoria Filc, a Staten Island resident, died in the 6:30 a.m. accident at the 65th Street exit ramp on the Belt Parkway. A 19-year-old woman was killed early Sunday morning in a single-car crash in Brooklyn and the driver faces several charges including driving while intoxicated, police said. She was a front-seat passenger in a car that struck a guardrail and flipped while attempting to exit the parkway, investigators said. Auteri sustained a severe arm injury in the crash, police said.
