DWI charge follows Hoosick rollover

She was ticketed and released to a third party and must appear in court at a later date.

Alysha M. Roberts, 26, of Bennington is charged with driving while intoxicated after her car flipped on Johnson Hill Road. Alcohol was detected on her as she was interviewed at scene of the accident on Tuesday night. She was transported by ambulance to Samaritan Hospital in Troy where she was evaluated for injuries.
