Laquan Williams was driving at an excessive speed on Monmouth Street toward Greenwood Avenue when he lost control of his ATV and struck a telephone pole, Lt. Mark Kieffer said.
Williams was rushed to the hospital but died from his injuries. It is not immediately known if drugs or alcohol were a factor, and the crash is being investigated.
